Inspired by our favorite girl scout cookie - say hello to our Dark Chocolate Mint Chip Gluten Free Rum Cake.
We start with our dark chocolate rum cake batter, add in a dash of mint extract and a whole lot of mini mint chocolate chips that melt away into the cake while baking. As usual, double glazed so it's super moist and delicious.

Our small gluten free rum cake is 5 oz and serves 1-2 people.
