Inspired by our favorite girl scout cookie - say hello to our Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Mint Chip Rum Cake.
We start with our dark chocolate rum cake batter, add in a dash of mint extract and a whole lot of mini mint chocolate chips that melt away into the cake while baking. As usual, double glazed so it's super moist and delicious.
