Just in time for Easter!
We start our Carrot Rum Cake with freshly grated carrot and and add in clove, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, raisins and pecans. White chocolate chips replace cream cheese for a rummy twist on a traditional classic. As usual the dark rum keeps it super moist.
Our medium(16 ounce) rum cake will serve 6-8 people. Perfect to share with family or friends.
