King cake x rum = yum!
Our King Cake rum cake follows the traditional flavor profile by pairing cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins with pecans. Dark rum with a splash of lemon lightens up this Mardi Gras flavor. We've hidden an (unedible) baby in every cake to keep it true to it's tradition to bring luck and prosperity to the person who finds it in their slice. 
 
Our large 32 oz cake will serve 10-12 people.
